Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of Googleora software and services provided by FullCloud AI LLC, including:

• the Googleora mobile application for iOS and Android; and
• the Googleora web application and related web UI accessible at googleora.com, including sign-in, chat, research, App Studio, billing, and other features available through your browser.

By checking the consent box and signing in on the mobile app or web UI, or by otherwise accessing or using Googleora, you agree to this EULA.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Googleora mobile app and web UI for personal or internal business use, subject to your plan, account status, and these terms.

Web UI

When you use Googleora through googleora.com, you access our software through a web browser. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible browser and secure access to your account. Features available on the web may differ from the mobile app and may change over time.

MCP Connections (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Grok & more)

If your plan includes it (Pro or Team), you may connect Googleora to third-party Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) clients — such as Claude Chat, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex and Grok — by signing in through our OAuth authorization flow. Once connected, that client may invoke a limited set of Googleora tools on your behalf (for example web search, weather, your companions, your chats, and your account status). You are responsible for how you configure and use any connected third-party client and for that client's own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Access granted this way is tied to your current plan and is re-checked on each use, so it ends automatically if your subscription lapses; you may also revoke a connection at any time.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute, resell, or use the mobile app, web UI, or related software in violation of applicable laws or our other policies, including our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. We may also suspend or terminate access to the mobile app, web UI, or your account to protect security or service integrity.
