Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how FullCloud AI LLC (“Googleora,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Googleora website and mobile applications.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers from Google or Apple sign-in.
- User content: messages, prompts, chat history, uploaded files, companion settings, and feedback you provide.
- Voice data: audio you speak during voice sessions and transcripts generated from that audio.
- Usage data: credits consumed, feature usage, diagnostics, and security logs needed to operate the service.
- Device/location (optional): coarse location or city name when you use weather or location-aware features, if you grant permission on mobile.
How we collect information
- Directly from you when you sign in, send messages, use voice, upload files, or change settings.
- Automatically through our servers when the app syncs chats, runs research, or processes voice tools.
- From third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple) according to their policies and the scopes you approve.
How we use information
- Provide chat, research, computer-use, and voice features you request.
- Authenticate you, enforce plan limits (credits), and prevent abuse.
- Store and display your conversation history and companions.
- Improve reliability, security, and product quality.
- Comply with law and respond to support requests.
Third-party AI and infrastructure providers
Googleora uses third-party AI services to generate responses. When you use cloud AI features, we send the user content described above to our backend and to the providers below as needed to fulfill your request. The mobile app asks for your explicit permission before sending personal data to these cloud AI services for the first time.
| Provider | Data shared | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Googleora / FullCloud AI (our servers) | Account data, chats, voice session metadata, search queries, uploads | Routing, storage, billing, security, and orchestration |
| OpenAI | Messages, context, voice audio/transcripts when OpenAI models or OpenAI Realtime voice are used | LLM inference and realtime voice |
| Google / Google AI | Messages, context, voice audio/transcripts when Gemini models or Gemini Live are used | LLM inference and realtime voice |
| Web search infrastructure | Search queries derived from your prompts (e.g., via SearXNG or configured search APIs) | Research and grounding answers in web results |
| Stripe (website billing only) | Email, payment status — not used for AI inference | Subscriptions on the web app |
We select providers that maintain appropriate security measures. Where required by contract or law, we require processors to protect personal data with safeguards comparable to this policy.
MCP client connections (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Grok & more)
If you are on a Pro or Team plan, you may connect Googleora to third-party Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) clients — such as Claude Chat, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex and Grok — through an OAuth authorization flow that reuses your existing Google sign-in. Approving a connection is a separate, explicit consent step from the mobile app's third-party AI data-sharing permission described below. Once approved, the connected client can call a limited set of Googleora tools on your behalf — web search, weather lookups, your companions, your chats, and your account status — and we share only the data each tool call returns (for example, your chat titles and message text when a connected client calls the chat tools). We do not control, and are not responsible for, how a connected third-party client subsequently uses, stores, or shares that data; review that client's own privacy policy before connecting. You can end a connection at any time. Access tokens are short-lived and re-checked against your current plan on every use, so a lapsed subscription ends access automatically.
On-device processing (Apple Intelligence)
On supported iOS devices, you may enable on-device chat processed locally by Apple Intelligence. When only that path is used for a reply, your message may not be sent to OpenAI or Google for that inference, but saving chat history or using web search still involves our servers as described above.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete individual chats in the app. You may permanently delete your account in mobile Settings or on the website; deletion removes associated chats, profile data, and billing linkage as described in-app.
In-app permission (mobile)
The Googleora iOS and Android apps show a dedicated Third-party AI data sharing screen after sign-in. It lists what personal data may be sent, names the recipients (OpenAI and Google / Google AI (Gemini)), and requires you to scroll the disclosure and tap Allow before any personal data is transmitted to those third-party AI services. You may choose Not now to use the app without cloud AI; on-device Apple Intelligence (when available) may still process messages locally without sending them to OpenAI or Google for that reply. You can revoke permission in Settings → Privacy & AI.
Your choices
- Mobile AI permission: grant or revoke cloud AI data sharing in Settings → Privacy & AI.
- Sign out / delete account: available in Settings.
- Voice recordings: optional local/server retention controlled in Settings.
Children
Googleora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. We take steps designed to protect data consistent with this policy.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
